Welcome to PSLuxor. PSLuxor is a luxury transportation brand operated by Paradise of the Desert, a licensed California transportation company. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the PSLuxor website, mobile applications, booking platform, chauffeur platform, dispatch systems, and related transportation technology services.
By using PSLuxor, you agree to these Terms.
This policy is provided for general business purposes and does not replace legal advice. Paradise of the Desert DBA PSLuxor may update this policy at any time.

2. Services
PSLuxor provides luxury transportation technology services, including black car service, executive SUV service, limousine service, airport transfers, event transportation, corporate transportation, and chauffeur coordination.
PSLuxor may connect Riders with independent Chauffeurs, transportation providers, fleet partners, or approved operators.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
4. User Accounts
PSLuxor may suspend, restrict, investigate, or deactivate accounts for fraud, unsafe conduct, false documentation, payment disputes, harassment, criminal activity, repeated cancellations, or violation of PSLuxor policies.
5. Vehicle Standards
Approved vehicle categories may include black luxury sedans, black luxury SUVs, executive Sprinters, and limousines. Vehicles must be clean, professionally maintained, mechanically safe, properly registered, and commercially insured where required.
6. Payments
Riders authorize PSLuxor and its payment processors to charge ride fares, tolls, airport fees, waiting time, event surcharges, cancellation fees, cleaning fees, damage fees, and other applicable charges.
Transactions may be declined due to insufficient funds, bank restrictions, authorization failure, suspected fraud, or payment processor rejection.
Fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. PSLuxor may suspend accounts, recover unpaid balances, use collection services, or pursue legal remedies where permitted by law.
7. Cancellation and Wait Time
Cancellation fees may apply after chauffeur dispatch, after expiration of a grace period, or when a Rider fails to appear. Additional wait-time fees may apply for airport pickups, event pickups, hourly bookings, delayed passengers, and multi-stop rides.
8. Luxury Transportation Disclaimer
PSLuxor coordinates premium transportation experiences; however, vehicle availability, chauffeur assignment, amenities, and vehicle models may vary. Website images are for illustrative purposes only.
9. Airport and Event Transportation
PSLuxor is not responsible for delays caused by airport security, flight delays, festival traffic, venue restrictions, road closures, weather, event security, traffic control, or third-party venue operations.
10. GPS, AI, Location, and Technology Disclaimer
PSLuxor may use GPS, mapping software, automated dispatching, artificial intelligence, mobile notifications, and third-party systems. PSLuxor does not guarantee GPS accuracy, uninterrupted app service, estimated arrival times, or error-free routing.
Riders consent to PSLuxor using location information for pickup, drop-off, safety, support, fraud prevention, payment verification, and ride tracking. Riders may see Chauffeur live location only after a Chauffeur accepts a ride and only while the ride is accepted, en route, arrived, or in progress. Access ends when the ride is completed or canceled.
Chauffeurs consent to PSLuxor collecting location while online, on duty, assigned to rides or reservations, active on rides, or when support, safety, dispatch, emergency, or legal needs require it. PSLuxor does not sell location data and may log Admin access to Chauffeur location.
11. Safety Policy
PSLuxor maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, discrimination, sexual misconduct, unsafe driving, drug or alcohol impairment, threatening behavior, or unlawful conduct.
12. Service Animals
PSLuxor complies with applicable laws regarding service animals. Service animals accompanying Riders with disabilities shall be permitted as required by law.
13. Lost Property
PSLuxor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in vehicles. PSLuxor may assist with recovery efforts but does not guarantee recovery.
14. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use PSLuxor unlawfully, submit fraudulent payments, interfere with systems, harass users, impersonate others, scrape data, use bots, attempt unauthorized access, or transport illegal materials.
15. Force Majeure
PSLuxor is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including traffic, weather, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, GPS failures, airport disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, or third-party service outages.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, PSLuxor shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, property loss, service delays, or third-party conduct.
17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration. Users waive participation in class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be Riverside County, California.
19. Agreement Updates
When PSLuxor updates required terms, privacy, safety, payment, payout, or location policies, Riders may be required to accept the updated agreement before booking, and Chauffeurs may be required to accept before going online, accepting rides, or using the Chauffeur platform.
20. Electronic Signature Consent
Electronic acceptance of PSLuxor agreements and policies constitutes legally binding consent.
21. Updates
PSLuxor may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting means acceptance of updated Terms.
