Privacy Policy
PSLuxor is a luxury transportation brand operated by Paradise of the Desert, a licensed California transportation company. This Privacy Policy explains how PSLuxor collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, chauffeur platform, booking systems, and transportation services.
This policy is provided for general business purposes and does not replace legal advice. Paradise of the Desert DBA PSLuxor may update this policy at any time.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect full name, email address, phone number, address, profile information, GPS location, payment details, ride history, device information, driver license information, identity verification documents, insurance documents, vehicle documents, banking information for chauffeur payouts, and customer support communications.
2. Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. PSLuxor does not store complete credit card numbers on company servers.
3. Location Data
PSLuxor may collect GPS location data to match Riders and Chauffeurs, improve pickup accuracy, track ride progress, provide navigation, support dispatch, enhance safety, verify ride activity, and prevent fraud.
Riders may see a Chauffeur's live location only after the Chauffeur accepts the ride and only while the ride is accepted, en route, arrived, or in progress. Rider access ends when the ride is completed or canceled. Riders are not given raw Chauffeur location history.
PSLuxor collects Chauffeur location while the Chauffeur is online, on duty, assigned to a ride or reservation, active on a ride, or when support, safety, dispatch, emergency, or legal needs require it. PSLuxor does not sell location data. Admin access to Chauffeur location is limited to operational needs and may be logged.
4. Device and Technical Data
We may collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, mobile operating system, app version, cookies, crash reports, and usage analytics.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide transportation services, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, improve safety, send ride updates, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform performance.
6. Information Sharing
We may share information with payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, mapping providers, communication providers, Chauffeurs, Riders, legal authorities, insurance partners, and business service providers where necessary.
PSLuxor does not sell personal information or location data.
7. California Privacy Rights
California residents may request access, correction, deletion, and information about collection and sharing practices. Requests may be sent to support@psluxor.com.
8. Sensitive Information
PSLuxor may collect sensitive information only when necessary for identity verification, chauffeur onboarding, payment processing, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
9. SMS and Communications
Users consent to receive ride updates, verification codes, account alerts, security notices, and service communications. Marketing messages may be opted out of where applicable.
10. Data Retention
PSLuxor retains information as needed for operations, safety, fraud prevention, tax records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping.
11. Security
PSLuxor uses commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption, authentication, secure servers, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure.
12. Children
PSLuxor services are not intended for users under 18.
13. Third-Party Services
PSLuxor may integrate with Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, Apple Pay, Google Pay, identity verification providers, and other third-party services. Their policies apply to their services.
14. Agreement Updates
When PSLuxor updates required terms, privacy, safety, payment, payout, or location policies, Riders may be required to accept the updated agreement before booking, and Chauffeurs may be required to accept before going online, accepting rides, or using the Chauffeur platform.
15. Updates
PSLuxor may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
