Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to PSLuxor rides, airport transfers, event transportation, limousine service, scheduled rides, and corporate transportation.
This policy is provided for general business purposes and does not replace legal advice. Paradise of the Desert DBA PSLuxor may update this policy at any time.
1. Rider Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply when a Rider cancels after a Chauffeur has been assigned, dispatched, or has arrived.
2. No-Show Policy
If a Rider does not appear within the applicable waiting period, the ride may be canceled and charged as a no-show.
3. Airport Pickups
Airport rides may include waiting time, parking fees, airport access fees, flight delay adjustments, and additional charges depending on pickup conditions.
4. Event Transportation
Events, festivals, weddings, concerts, and private venues may require stricter cancellation windows due to limited vehicle availability and traffic conditions.
5. Hourly and Corporate Bookings
Hourly, executive, and corporate bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms based on the reservation agreement.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, verified technical errors, incorrect charges, or service failures.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees, including dispatch costs, wait time, airport fees, parking, tolls, and completed services, may be non-refundable.
