Vehicle Standards

Vehicles should be clean, professionally maintained, properly registered, mechanically safe, commercially insured where required, and consistent with PSLuxor luxury black-car standards.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

PSLuxor does not tolerate harassment, violence, sexual misconduct, discrimination, threats, unsafe driving, drug or alcohol impairment, fraud, or criminal activity.

Violations may result in account suspension, removal from the platform, or referral to appropriate authorities.

Technology and Safety

PSLuxor may use app-based tools, GPS, payment verification, account review, identity verification, and support systems to improve safety and reduce fraud.
