This Payment & Refund Policy explains how PSLuxor processes ride payments, service fees, wait-time fees, cancellation fees, and refund requests.

Payments
Riders authorize PSLuxor and its payment processors to process ride fares, wait-time fees, cancellation fees, taxes, service fees, airport or regulatory fees, and other applicable transportation charges.
Payment Authorization
A valid payment method may be required before booking. PSLuxor may pre-authorize estimated fares and capture final charges after completion, cancellation, no-show, or fee adjustments.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Eligibility may depend on ride completion, technical issues, safety concerns, duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or fraud review.
Non-Refundable Charges
Completed services, verified wait time, dispatch costs, no-show fees, cancellation fees, tolls, parking, airport fees, and event-related costs may be non-refundable.
Fraud Review
PSLuxor reserves the right to deny fraudulent refund requests and may suspend accounts for payment abuse, false disputes, or chargeback fraud.
