PSLuxor respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PSLuxor collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, chauffeur platform, booking systems, and transportation services.

Information We Collect
We may collect name, phone number, email address, payment information, GPS/location data, driver license information, vehicle information, account records, device information, and support communications.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide services, process payments, verify identities, improve safety, prevent fraud, communicate with users, manage accounts, and improve the platform.
Payment Information
Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. PSLuxor does not store full credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, or full SSNs on company servers.
Location Information
GPS/location information may be used for pickup accuracy, ride matching, navigation, safety, dispatch, ride tracking, payment verification, fraud prevention, and support.
Riders may see Chauffeur live location only after the Chauffeur accepts a ride and only while that ride is accepted, en route, arrived, or in progress. Rider access ends when the ride is completed or canceled.
PSLuxor collects Chauffeur location while the Chauffeur is online, on duty, assigned to a ride or reservation, active on a ride, or when support, safety, dispatch, emergency, or legal needs require it. PSLuxor does not sell location data, does not expose raw location history to Riders, and may log Admin access to Chauffeur location.
Sharing Information
We may share information with payment processors, background or identity verification providers, law enforcement when required, and service providers supporting PSLuxor operations. PSLuxor does not sell personal information.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure.

You may request account updates, data corrections, or account deletion where permitted by law by contacting support@psluxor.com.
