Account Deletion
This page explains how users of PSLuxor Rider and PSLuxor Chauffeur can request deletion of their app account. This page is public and does not require login.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, email support@psluxor.com.
For Google Play Data Safety reference, the deletion contact is: [support@psluxor.com](mailto:support@psluxor.com).
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- App used: Rider or Chauffeur
- Your account email address or phone number
Data We Delete
After verifying the request, PSLuxor will delete or deactivate app account data that is no longer required for legal, safety, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment, or dispute purposes. This may include:
- account profile
- name
- phone number
- profile information
- saved payment method references
- app account access
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for legitimate business, safety, payment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes. Retained records may include:
- completed trip records
- payment transaction records
- fraud/security logs
- tax/accounting records
- legal compliance records
Processing Timeline
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days after PSLuxor receives enough information to verify the account and process the request.
